My Oxford - Part 2

This year the winter left a heavy mark, but at the same time these long, cold days had some very beautiful moments!

These are my favorite moments of nature that i captured with my camera.

My Oxford Part 1

My Oxford

Autumn - Winter snapshots

I love moments, therefore i love pictures. They can capture a perfect scene, giving you the chance to go back and remember it again and again.

Here are some of the moments that i have captured with my camera, around Oxford's countryside. There are more to come!

This is my sons ultimate favorite food! It is fulfilling, great for a cold day like today, and is soooo easy to make it.

Time to spoil yourself

What a lovely sunny day here in Oxford, but with close to 0 temperatures and still recovering from the floods earlier this week, and the cues of cars on the motorways, the winter days feel long, unfriendly and even scary!

Time to change all that. Take down they grey curtains and bring in the sun. How? By pampering yourself. Today after a long negotiation with myself i finally managed to go for some well needed treatments, and lying there on the nice warm bed with my hydration mask on, waiting from my massage , i was wondering why i haven't done this earlier? The answer is easy. Because i was never making myself a priority.

Christmas in Oxford has arrived

I love Christmas lights. They sparkle, the wake up and change the city and you actually feel warmer by only looking at them. With this grey weather, they are the perfect remedy for a bad and gloomy mood. These are the first things that are coming out of the Christmas box, hand in hand with my Santa's figurines, my deer's, my cards from previous years, my owls and the list can go on, and on, and on....I cannot help it i love Christmas!

Say cheese!

Smile girl!

Do you feel that sometimes you forget to smile or laugh with all your heart? Seriously how often  do you have the chance to do it, lets say, the previous week?

A night out with some girlfriends came to me as a reminder, that yes, i am an adult, but still i have the right to laugh hard - don't i- laughing that brings tears in my eyes!

Really that night with the Oxford girls my cheekbones hurt so much from laughing, and we all agreed that this can only be a good sign... How often do you smile or laugh? Ask yourself and then read here some other very good reason why you should laugh your heart out.

And the story goes like this...

Here i am after over 13 years on and off work in fashion magazines, TV shows and Internet sites it is time for "me time." I am not 30, neither 40 so to be in danger of the famous middle life crisis or not? I am 34, married, with a child, live in another country -again- and trying to define my next step in my life. Easy? Nope. Especially when the circumstances changing, when -again- have to come out from your comfort zone and reach out for the "wants", "needs, and  "can do".
